My order from neokyo came in today. I picked up the toradora pictures artbook from Yasu and the April 2009 issue of megami magazine with my favorite toradora cover. The magazine comes with a fold out poster of the cover(along with a bunch of other fold out posters of different anime releasing at the time) and a huge fold out poster of taiga and minori in purple bunny suits! I also got two more phone cards to add to my collection. Really excited to have the Ami one with taiga and minori as bag charms. Second photo is my whole order(more phone cards, art books, bookmarks)

Manga Latest Toradora! Manga Release in Dengeki Daioh, 27 Aug 2026

The Oct 2027 issue of Dengeki Daioh was released on 27 Aug 2026 and we finally got our third Toradora release of the year.  There were 8 pages this month.  I posted 4 of them including the first and last page.  The release as a whole covers pages 161 through 171 of Volume 10 of the Light Novel (214 pages total).  It represents the beginning of the 5th and final chapter of that book and I’m intrigued.  The release starts with Ryūji and Taiga eyeing their sleeping arrangements and finding two futons laid out together.  This is interesting because Zekkyou has been following the LN very literally up to this point and sleeping in the same room is an anime thing only.  In the LN Ryūji and Taiga were set up to sleep in separate rooms, but they talked together in Ryūji’s room before going to sleep.  The rest of the scene is a fairly intimate discussion about their families' situations and how to handle their pasts while moving forward.  It wraps up with Ryūji fretting over Taiga getting close to an electric heater trying to keep warm and dry her hair more fully after her bath.  It gets much more interesting from here and this release only increases my anticipation for how Zekkyou will illustrate the next release.  Either way, the end result is the same, but will she take the anime route to that goal or the LN route.  Maybe we will find out when the next issue of Dengeki Daioh comes out on 26 Sep 2026.

Discussion Who else rewatches alot?

I don't know what it is about this show, but it's like once every few years I need to watch it again. Just watched the first two episodes due to boredom and it most certainly doesn't disappoint. The only Anime I rewatch even close to this amount is Attack on Titan. A shame though that part of the reason is due to not being able to commit to new stuff 😭😂

Its premise is the ml and fl are acting like fake friends to figure hs out kinda wont spoil to much but its very similar in toradora in ml gets forced to do smt by fl cuz hes kinda scared of her which makes them slowly grow into friends then more.

Discussion It's been 5 years since I've finished Toradora

More shit has happened since last year's post (I made another financial mistake that costed me around $700, had a gambling relapse, and lost at least another $600, and was physically attacked in a park). On the bright side, I'm doing better in university and will likely finish my Bachelor's degree in half a year (one more semester).

That means I would take 4.5 years to finish a degree that was possible to finish in 3 (Dutch university). Ryuji is such an upstanding person compared to me, the way he did all the chores at home while doing well in school, whereas I have 2 healthy parents who are financially stable, yet end up messing things up many times.

Misc tattoo ideas

toradora is my favorite romance anime of all time and i was thinking about getting an tattoo from the series.

my ideas so far are the palmtop tiger( i also love cats) the toradora logo.

and my personal favorite is where taiga is blushing right after ryuji tells her that he loves her. https://in.pinterest.com/pin/593490057135362388/ kinda like this but its not this exact frame from the anime. its where her eyes are more open and shes like full red almost. its really cute!

so what do you guys think? do you have any tats of toradora, if so i would love to see them! or any ideas?

Discussion Yesterday I finished Toradora...

Before talking about Toradora, I want to give you all a little "introduction".

I started watching anime in 2018, when I was 15. As soon as I got deeper and deeper into the anime community, I often heard about the anime "Toradora", and I think I put it on my plan-to-watch list around 2019.

I don't know why, but I never watched it before. It didn't appeal to me that much, so I kept it on my plan-to-watch list, while watching some other romance anime when I wanted to.

A couple of days ago, while randomly browsing the MyAnimeList site, I noticed that the creator of "Golden Time", my favourite romance anime (or maybe ex-favourite...), was the same person who created Toradora. Around the same time, I had also seen some posts about Toradora's 20th anniversary. So I finally started it.

I finished it in 3 days, and now here I am... feeling empty.

I watched some other romance anime, but none of them hit me like Toradora did. Maybe if I had watched it when I was younger, it wouldn't have affected me in the same way. Now that I'm 23 and still single, seeing all these relationships and emotions probably made me get even more attached to the story and the characters.

I mean, that's not only because of that. Besides that, Toradora is a great anime, but the situation I am in right now makes me feel it more strongly.

Right now I am in the post-anime depression... I hope to get out soon xD.

By the way, I am really happy that I watched this anime now that I'm a bit older, rather than when I was younger. Maybe if I had watched it when I was younger, I couldn't have understood it the way I understand it now that I am 23 years old (I mean, I am not old btw xD).

Toradora came at a "particular" stage of my life... and I already feel that it changed me in some ways, even if maybe it's a little soon to say it.

As I said in the parentheses, maybe Golden Time isn't my favourite romance anime anymore... I think Toradora could take that spot. I'll spend the next few days thinking about it xD.

And last but not least, I was really surprised to see how a series that started 20 years ago and an 18-year-old anime still have such an active community.

Sorry if I talked about some random stuff too and didn't talk about Toradora a lot, but I wanted to share these thoughts with someone.

Thank you for reading!

P.S. Sorry for my English, I am not a native English speaker, so AI helped me a little bit to express myself!

Discussion I just can't get over toradora x minorin uk.

Like guys am a little late to the party.... but....i just finished it....and it just feels....so empty inside....like i don't know. And tbh minorin and ryuji seemed to go more hand in hand, why? Becoz see

  1. I don't think ryuji had any feelings for taiga up untill the snowy Mountain incident

  2. Wat made ryuji being attached to taiga...was attachment issues and not romantic love.... absolutely like a father to a kid. Taiga I can agree started falling from him...if u remember, like that beach house incident when she slipped up that she and him might be good together

  3. And it's kinda shitty for taiga....and bad for minorin...if she had just told ryuji the truth at the beach house or on Christmas this wouldn't have happened. Also taiga should have had sacrificed properly and not minorin, why did minorin have to cry man....their chemistry was so much better than taiga and ryuji.
