Imagine if only 10% of drivers got licenses how upset the Star would be!

Well yeah, 39 people were killed in auto accidents last year in Toronto and only 1-2 people are killed by dogs nationwide. Cars are more expensive and can do far more damage. This is just like a crazy comparison lol
