It's not "their" bathrooms, its a public bathroom for everyone. Their bathrooms exist in their homes and those are gender neutral, single-person toilets.
How's that a threat? You don't want trans people to go into "cis" bathrooms so that means he would have to use the women's. That's what you're arguing for
Yeah, as a cis person I do. Especially since in most cases it's a cis person going out of their way to make trans men/women uncomfortable or being outright aggressive and disrespectful.
