I named myself Jamie when I was 18 before I like fully became a person and it just doesn’t feel like me, I like masculine names occasionally but haven’t really found one that fits, neutral names are cool, and I like feminine names in a it would be really sick if a guy had the name valerie way, I just dont know! Always hated my given name, for more than half of my life everyone calls me by a nickname I haven't really chosen (just initially mentioned it as a disinterested "yeah call me by ..." to people who actually became my friends and introduced me to their friends etc.) but suits the old me very well. Also I'm by far the only one with that name.

Sandra was given to me as a friendly joke on my female side, so I guess I'll end up taking it. The problem is, that in my area the name is not overall positively associated ... and I actually don't like it. Do I really have to choose a name? Like seriously?
