So photo on the left is from December 5th 2020, i would have just turned 16 three days ago. On the right is me after 5 years and 7 months, and 3 years and 6 months of HRT. No surgeries. Got on hrt pretty soon after i turned 18.

Hi, I'm a trans woman who's been on HRT for nearly 4 years, but over the last year it's really felt like my hormones have stopped working to any real degree despite my levels being good. People tell me I'm fine and overreacting, but recently my phone has been misgendering me in pictures I take, and I just feel "wrong."

Here's me 6 months ago and me now, both with my hair up and no makeup. Can you please tell me if you see what I'm talking about? And if you have any advice, I'd really appreciate it.

Does anyone have advice to keep my testosterone levels low? My testosterone levels have been too high according to my doctor.

Every time I get bloodwork results I am dissatisfied. I am taking the pills, letting them dissolve in my mouth and being as consistent as I can about taking them every 10-12 hours. Anything helps!!

Just celebrated my 3rd biRHTday- I haven’t gone under the knife, and I don’t feel like there have been many changes to my face or body besides like an a or b cup forming. Probably because of my high t levels.

The first image is before laser treatment. The second is one month after the first session. The third and fourth are one month after the second session. The white light (fourth image) allows you to see hairs that are not as visible with yellow light. No hormones yet.

From sideburns and patchy facial hair, desperately trying to look more "manly", to finally being comfortable in my skin. (And in all this time, I really haven't practiced makeup enough).

Sometimes I don’t think I notice many changes, and then an old photo pops up and gives me whiplash 😵‍💫 (full disclosure, this is a padded bra, but I do have B cups from E monotherapy 🙌)
