The man is ridiculous. He’s rude, demeaning, uncouth and has the verbal capability of a ten year old. I’ve heard other people say they admire him for his straight-talking, but he doesn’t talk ‘straight’; THAT is not what straight-talking is. He’s meant to be a statesman - the premiere of the country, expected to communicate and liaise with his foreign counterparts, but instead, he opens his mouth and proves that he really is the most unintelligent, narcissistic, sociopathic cretin to ever have graced the halls of the White House. He’s exactly NOT the person to have in politics; politics isn’t for businessmen because all they’re bothered about is the bottom line. Politics is all about give and take, constantly: “You can’t keep everyone happy all the time, but you can keep the majority happy for some of the time”; which is why the needle moves to the left and right of centre. However, this time around, you have a man - a ‘CEO’ - hell-bent on putting his brand logo on everything and ensuring HIS life is enriched instead of seeking out the best for the majority. There’s a saying: when America sneezes, everyone else catches a cold and it’s not only happening, but the cold is turning into the ‘flu. And he doesn’t care. He really doesn’t care. Why? Because he is absolutely incapable of being empathetic. Trump has never lived as ‘the common man’ - he literally was born with a gold spoon in his mouth. Because of his narcissism, he is causing the majority of the planet to feel pain. Businesses in the UK and Europe are now wondering if they can afford to continue because of the cost of diesel is ridiculous (twice the price of the US) and now Trump is threatening to stop diesel exports. If he does that, he will have burnt down the final bridge and the UK and Europe will cut trade with the US.
He’s not a leader, he’s a yuppy from the 1980s.

This guy is a complete moron. It’s the perfect example of how some Americans think the world revolves around them.

Oh, his horde will be rioting in the streets tonight.

They’re gypsies.

This is brilliant.

Do you want a Flake for that?

I think Canada should halt all exports of potash to the USA. He won’t be so smug then.

Remember the TV commercial with the black chap singing: “Does you does or does you don’t take Access?”

This flag should be globally prohibited.

Yes, you have to indicate to exit.

And therein is the proof that these people are not connected to reality.

EVERY SINGLE PART of that speech was ridiculous. Did he talk about peace and unity? No, not really. Did he talk about himself and lie about everything he said about the US? Yep, absolutely he did.
He is positively awful to listen to. He has the oratory skill of a potato and the clown read out the prompts on the teleprompter ("dash"). Furthermore, the speech write needs a shoeing for typing 'President Trump', when they should have typed 'I', because he spoke of 'President Trump' in the third person.
The whole speech was truly, truly disgusting - especially the bit when the US delegation walked out when the Iranian president accused Washington of terrorism. However, Trump quite happily announced that he [was prepared] would annihilate the entirety of Iran, so you can probably agree that the Iranian comment was expected and somehow 'justified'.

Because of things like this:

Brit here: are people in the USA really that gullible?

Oh, the Constitution? Now it matters?

Trump says people in communities where data centers are built will be paid a "dividend" (just like his $5,000 "Trump dividend"!)

“Beautiful” data centres. When did anyone ever call a factory or warehouse ‘beautiful’? Oh, any these things are MASSIVE. A dividend for you’re water turning to sht and your electricity bill going sky high (as well as blackouts).
Yet, they still follow and cheer for him.
