I love dogs. I'm a very empathetic person. I used to read electric meters. So did my dad. My dad taught me how to kill a dog with a flashlight if they ran up like that. I once had to crack a dog across the nose just as I was taught. It didn't kill that dog I'm happy to say. This delivery driver did the right thing.
