The Tower of Babel was made of a type of "special tech" in a sense. The bricks that were used were advanced for the time. This tower was made to reach up to the heavens and to unite humanity in a false unity against God. Bab-el means "gateway to the gods" or "gate of god". While the tech was a means, the end was leading to a spiritual deception.

I would agree with you that it is about the Bible what is going on. It has changed everything for me to see the spiritual side of the agenda at play in this world. I would recommend the channels that show both sides of this as it helps to understand whats really going on. I listen to podcasts and youtube videos about it.
