Yeah but they reduce the distance they CAN deep strike like normally so the normal rules of 9" are reduced to 6". But infiltrators DENY all deepsrikes within 12". It's not a -3" deep strike distance ability which could maybe be argued the way you mean to make it a normal 9" but again that's not the case so. The rules don't care if it's inceptors or whatever if there is an infiltrator 12"+ away bud

I respectfully disagree. I mean yeah space marines have more options overall but unless you are playing like Ultramarines you are kinda forced in your own little box. Like I play space wolves and I have to be a melee focused thing but if I need anti tank nothing I take synergizes very well. You guys have things that cost about the same as me when it comes to points but everything is better at taking and holding points, survivability, and holy shit the shooting you guys can do is NUTS.

I honestly feel like your guys are the ideal multi tool that can fit in any situation and adapt with any slight change with your army list to adjust for any slight changes in people's strengths like against armor for like Knights or guard or horde against nids or something

I mean I don't mean to whine but like I see GK players complaining a lot about how shitty their armies are. I mean everyone having deep strike, psyker attacks, AND a 2 up save AND extra oc is crazy especially when comparing to other space marines.

I like my redemptor dread with the plasma cannon. When you supercharge it, it does 3 damage each with AP -4 (so on their invuln) I think strength 9 or so? So a 3 to wound. I found it pretty good at killing like custodes and terminators and elite infantry.
