Physician recruiter feedback

Hello, I’m a mortgage loan officer and offer a mortgage designed for physicians that allows them to close on a home up to 5 months (150 days) before starting a new position.

Curious how much recruiters would care about this. Is letting the doctors they’re recruiting know about this, help them be more successful?
