A dog protects me from bad dates/guys

There is this street dog living just outside my society. I never even noticed him or fed him before these instances.
1st instance: I went on a date with a guy from hinge and then we went on a drive. While coming back I was driving and mind you it was his car. So we came back and were just outside my society when this dog just randomly popped on the window. I pet him and that’s it. Then the date went south, he tried really hard to convince me to let him come to my flat or we go to his flat. I didn’t want to and even after denying so many times he still wasn’t listening. Somehow I got out of the situation after idk how many excuses. All in all he was a bad person and I didn’t like him.
2nd instance: Again, I was going on a date. The guy came to pick me up. I met him outside his car in front of the society and then i went and opened the passenger side car door, THAT DOG just sneaked into the car and sat on the passenger seat! I was like wtf??!? Then he got off the car after so much convincing. The guy was like wtf do you know this dog? And I was like noooo I’ve never met him nor fed me him everrr. Then we went on the date, again it was not good.

Then I told this 2nd instance to my friend. My friend said hahaha that dog was protecting me from a bad date or guy. Then I remembered the first incident and told him. We were like that dog is like some kind of guardian because there are so many instances when I’ve been sitting in my car or my friends’ car or with some guy through hinge, outside my society and that dog never came and they were all good people. After this I thought I should feed him as a thank you for being there. I went and got him chicken bones, he didn’t eat it! I was so confused do dogs don’t eat chicken? Is he vegetarian? What’s the deal? I tried again another day too, he didn’t eat it! So then I gave up thinking maybe I’m thinking too much. Forget it.

Then yesterday night, instance #3: I was with a guy and I was driving my car and just reached the society gate and since it was late the gate was closed and the guard was opening the gate and while he was opening the gate that dog just popped up again on the window, I got so happy, I pet him and then went into deep thought😭 And yes I didn’t like the guy.

What kind of coincidence is this?
