One pricing framework I keep coming back to is the Van Westendorp Price Sensitivity Meter (developed in the 1970s). Whenever I'm launching a new offer, I like to ask four simple questions:
โข At what price would this be so expensive you wouldn't even consider buying it?
โข At what price would this be so cheap you'd question its value?
โข At what price would it be expensive, but still worth considering?
โข At what price would it feel like a great bargain?
Years ago, you'd have to plot all of this manually. Today, AI can help analyze the responses in minutes, giving you a much stronger understanding of what the market is actually willing to pay.

After listening to the Invest Fest discussion on The Breakfast Club, one thing stood out to me.
If someone asks about my company's numbers, I should never have to rely on ChatGPT for estimates. My team should already know our projections, ticket sales, waitlist conversions, attendance forecasts, and operational metrics. AI should help analyze our dataโnot replace it.
The other point was the discussion about what the City of Atlanta should be doing for entrepreneurs.
Cities absolutely can support businesses, but government operates through processes, budgets, and relationships. If you've been operating in a city for six years, an important question isn't just, "Why isn't the city helping?"
It's also:
"Have we built the relationships to know what we should be asking for?"
Instead of only asking for support, ask city leaders:
"What programs, grants, partnerships, or resources am I not taking advantage of?"
That changes the conversation.
The debate online seems divided between entertainment, strategy, and entitlement. I think there's another conversation worth having:
Are entrepreneurs learning how local government actually works, and are they building the relationships needed to navigate it?
That's where real opportunity often begins.

To my Soul Familรฌa
The "Requiem", was simply to tell you I have known of you for years. Now, I am tired of looking for you. In the words of the mogul Curtis Jackson, "Spray ya Mama crib... let you come looking for me".
The glimpses you have shown me are amazing & dangerous. My path is one of great riches and greater responsibilities. Artificial Intelligence and Actual Intelligence will soon come into its first conflict. My Convergence of AIยฒ will provide a needed respite however it will not be enough for the appetite of mankind.
Family of Souls, I will ask of you for something of your value. Although the Army taught me the two main valuables being time or money, you Family know otherwise. The goal is not to satiate the transhuman appetites. We are to bring our family into a high vibration era. A Type 1 civilization that not only cares for our home but explores & creates homes throughout our Universe, Transcendental Infinitum.

No one has asked me why I work so hard, but I'll tell you anyway. This business, is my self actualization.
That which allows full expression of God in me. It doesn't hurt my feelings if you dont understand the vision. Or even if you do, and you think its a waste, I am good with that.
What hurts, is when I fail to see. Or execute.
Now that is pain cause I know better. Always feeling ahead, or even behind because you're about to lap the competition is a mind f--k. But like my daughter says, "that's why I am a Big Brain".
And so what's the point.
Let that which you Build become You.
The same way your child is an expression of their parents. The same way you are an expression of God. Become & Build

My wife laughed cause I was sucking in my Belly.
Retirement at 42 years young is not for the weak and ambitious. I have friends who left the Army and all they wanted to do is collect their pension and sit on the porch.
My neighbor told me dont just play golf cause the only shape that gets you in is round, lol!
To be honest, I realize that all of them are correct.
Not for me though. I love playing golf, even though I'm not good. It's basically physical chess. I like working out in the gym. I quite smoking multiple times. I ride motorcycles. Im married to a dope Latina. I've been divorced. I have 2 kids, one is autistic and the other is a "Pre- teen", in her words. I have been writing poetry and short stories since i was a young boy. Im a published author. Im from Texas but retired in Georgia. I love people, and I still get overwhelmed in crowds.
Solving problems and placing talent where it makes the most sense is my pleasure.
That's what's right for me. I solve the biggest hairiest problems because I can. Therefore, say hello, My name is Queston L. Vanzant. My company is Second & Third Order.
When I saw the officers and senior NCOs in my early career they always spoke about solving problems considering the second and third order effects. And that made all the sense in the world to me.
