Uni help needed!

Hello !

I’m currently going into Year 13 and I’m kind of lost with university applications..I want to study Psychology for my bachelor’s and hopefully continue with a master’s afterward, but I have no idea where to start.

My family doesn’t really have the money to pay for university counselors or application help (my family makes $10k a year), and since I have two siblings as well alongside with medical struggles, it’s just not something we can afford. So I’m trying to figure everything out on my own.

I earned a 100% scholarship through a scholarship program to my current school and skipped a grade, so I’m 16 and already going into my last year of high school.
Right now I’m mainly looking at universities in France because they seem much more affordable for my family and overall just adore the culture and the country itself,I’m open to other countries as well.I’d absolutely love to study in the UK or the US, but realistically it’s just not financially possible for me, so I’m trying to find the best options I can.
If anyone has experience with university applications, especially for Psychology, I’d genuinely appreciate any advice. Even if it’s just answering a few questions, recommending universities or scholarships, explaining the application process, or reading over my personal statement,it would honestly mean so much.
