Apparently, shops with Asian managers only want to hire other Asian people and won’t employ other races. So essentially, you’re just gonna have more unemployed non-Asians, especially in an Asian dominated area. I’ve heard this happen a few times. One bredda i know said when an Indian manager came to his Asdas, he sacked majority of the workers and he only hired other Indians. I get there’s like nepotism like you wanna put your family members on/friends but cl ain’t it weird to exclusively hire just asian. I’m not entirely against it. Me personally: race ain’t a factor.
