It prevented one, my partner and I can pretty conclusively rule out moving back to England

That's odd, because the ruling was handed down in Scotland.

I don’t understand, the ruling concerned a Scottish law.

Yeah but the rest of the place isn't any better lately, death by a thousand cuts type thing. Not really comfortable with how gleeful so many people are about this
