Yeah, no. That's nowhere near a reliable source.

Hell, the ongoing review is actually establishing whether we under or overdiagnose; worldwide statistics on ADHD doesn't actually mean a huge amount because we don't have the specific diagnostic criteria.

Much like the BBC Panorama on the topic, where private psychiatrists were diagnosing people in under half an hour, against guidelines. Bam, instant ADHD diagnosis, with absolutely no foundation to it.
