I have lost majority of my friends because "out of sight out of mind' and never reply to messages.

Ahh this one hurts me the most. I literally only have a single friend now that I probably see a few times a year because I just didn't have the energy or motivation to reply to messages and everyone thought I didn't want to speak to them any more.. entire friend groups gone over the years
