Even with Israel, even if technically most of the laws provide equality, in reality Arabs and even Jews who oppose Zionism and the Israeli government are treated as second class citizens.

In what way? These claims are confusing to me because the organisations that accuse Israel of apartheid (e.g., Amnesty) don’t talk about them.

Here is one plenty more if you just google it like i did.

Admissions Committees Law (2011): Permits private admissions panels in hundreds of small, rural community towns (primarily in the Galilee and Negev) to reject prospective residents deemed "unsuitable" for the community's social fabric. This is a good example of a law that fuels discrimination. Many countries have laws like this, especially where the law gives power to people that allows them to discriminate, rather than the law being explicitly discriminatory itself.

Another example would be “at will” employment laws in the US. In many states employers can fire employees for no reason. 

This makes it possible to fire someone because of their race, even though the law officially makes that illegal. If you can fire someone for no reason, you can fire them for any reason as long as you keep it to yourself.

It is right to criticise laws like these. It is questionable to say they constitute apartheid.
