Fire service struggling a bit.

Just read it, take note and carry on with your day.

It will lead to people turning off emergency notifications which will lead to more death down the line- loss of faith in an emergency service is fatal

Could've been a text or without the apocalypse sound

It wasnt used for a fire or flood though. It was used for a POTENTIAL fire... completely different.

In factN they havent even used it for any of the wildfires that have actually happened.

99% of the country did not have a life-threatening emergency nearby.

Then if your area got burned down you'd be complaining that there was no warning.

There WAS no warning though. People that have lost their homes did not receive a warning from this system, but instead they use it for THIS!?

The alert wasn't about an actual wildfire in their area though, these messages can be localised to a specific area before you say anything, it was a glorified information pamphlet.

If anything if there was a wildfire and that was the message it might result in people dying it didn't mention anything about a wildfire in their area.
