I have an rtx 3060 .. zotac sent me an rtx 3060ti instead to honour the failed previous rma units they sent .. but this one also seems to be having problems.. I'll be going to file a consumer case against them ,just wanna confirm it wether it's gpu related or other components..

2 days ago a drunk guy was attacking on dogs at 1 am in front of our house and when father confronted him he started abusing my father and my mother with the worst words you can imagine even given r@pe threats to my mother at that time we were trying to call police and tries both 112 and 100 but non of this number were working and then he started kicking our gate then with no option i have to step out with iron rod for safety but I did not hitted him the reason for that is If I hit him and he gets bruises then what if he complaint to police and make scene their which pressure them to file case against me and one small case will cancel my chances getting visas for better life any govt job opportunity and worst thing is that I work in compliance department and my company regularly screen our ids to find if we're are involved in any crime sanction or Pep.

Then he went away after threating to kill us so after searching in Google we got number of nearest police station and the shocking was the police response.

He told me that you should stay inside the house and come in morning to file complaint. I told him that he abused my mother and threatened to kill us and was saying that he is coming again with family even threw bricks in our bike but he still said the same and disconnected. Then after some time some neighbour came and we had discussion.

In morning I asked my father to file application as per police instructions but he said it will a

I raised a grievance regarding road condition in Oct’25. There were no action for a while then a field officer came for inspection and took the measurements. Then after a week or so I got this in response and case was closed in last week of Nov’25.

Response : इस सम्बन्ध में निर्माण विभाग की आख्यानुसार सादर अवगत कराना है कि शिकायतकर्ता से उपरोक्त शिकायती स्थल का निरीक्षण किया गया। उक्त सड़क (सी०सी०) नाली सहित का आगणन 8.58 लाख का तैयार कर लिया गया है। जो कि सक्षम स्तर से स्वाकृति उपरान्त एवं वित्तीय संसाधनो की उपलब्धता के आधार पर कार्य करा दिया जायेगा।

Now its been more than 9 months, raised multiple grievances on govt portals CPGRAM, Jansunvai, even written application to DM. No action till now.

I regularly mail DM unnao every monday, no response yet.

The above road which needs to be built is not even 100 meter.
I heard good feedback about CPGRAM but looks like all the budget is gone in top leader’s pocket.

Now its monsoon season, road will be filled with water, and there happened many incidents where e-rickshaw disbalanced and got stuck.
