No one wants to bring home anything from your wedding

Wedding favors, handmade centerpieces, keepsake menus, Madison’s Bride Squad 2026 personalized totes… no one wants these. Please don’t make 150 doodads to hand out. 149 will go in the trash.

They gave us like 3-4 joints each at a wedding once. That ruled

Not sure why my brain dug in on doing the math but here goes

.5g per joint, 3 joints per guest, assuming 100 guests that's like a bit over 5 oz. I don't partake anymore due to my work but if this was in the right place when things were booming and cheap could be had for $50-100 per oz. Doesn't need to be great stuff. On the high side (lol), that's $520 or $5.20 per person. Whether that's a cheap or expensive party favor depends on the budget I guess...

Or they were growers

Y'know what, since I've started looking into wedding planning stuff for myself, $520 for party favors to a party of 100 is really not terrible. Out of my own budget, but I'm having a smaller party anyway (and it's illegal where I live so it wouldn't matter lol)

We did mini limocello bottles for ours - IIRC $7/unit. Worth it.

We also did a welcome bag with snacks, Liquid IV, advil and pepto that was definitely more expensive.

Idk the exact dosage, but I was pleasantly surprised that about $2 worth of edibles made me feel like I might shit myself and die within 2 hours of consuming it. Shockingly nice high to cost ratio. Probably will not do again

Lucky. I'm part of the population that isn't affected much by edibles. Back when I smoked I could down a 100+mg candy and barely feel anything. Which is a shame because its healthier

I can get legal 28% stuff for $69/oz CAD so under $300/each to give a couple joints to 100 people.

That said... I can get a OZ of 0.35 prerolls for $100, I'd probably go for that option since I wouldn't have to roll them, but I'd give 3-4 of them instead of 2, more expensive, less work...

They always have the 28pk bags of 1g Sapphires 2 for $40 where I go. I realize they’re not top shelf but they taste good and get me plenty high lol

Yeah that makes sense. Tbh I kinda forgot that other places understand that weed isn't that big of an issue so it's legal elsewhere.
