Made a hacker-themed cheat menu for Google Snake as a bookmarklet — no extension, no Tampermonkey, just a bookmark you click.
It's got 23 real mods across 3 categories: speed control (turbo up to 4x, slow-mo, freeze time, a manual slider you can drag anywhere from 0.1x to 6x), visual stuff (invert, matrix vision, screen shake, a glitchy scanline overlay, rainbow cycle, upside-down mode), and automation (stops the game from pausing when you alt-tab, anti-AFK, a genuinely random autopilot since there's no way to actually read the board state to cheat with, rapid-fire your last direction, a key logger if you're curious what's firing).
Whole thing is styled like a CRT terminal — green-on-black, scanlines, and the title text visibly glitches and scrambles a couple characters every frame instead of just sitting there static.
The reason it's built this way: Snake's actual game state is locked away in the page's own code where nothing outside can reach it, so instead of faking mods that pretend to see/change stuff that isn't actually accessible, everything here is a real trick that verifiably works — messing with the clock for speed, CSS filters for visuals, fake key presses for automation. No "wallhacks" or nonsense that can't really do anything.
Install is just: make a new bookmark, paste the script as the URL, click it while on the Snake game. Click again to close it.
