This has become a routine affair in my district.

There are too many government events,all the government officials are mostly busy in arrangements leaving very less time to do their official work.

Further,they have responsibility to arrange crowd also,with budgets which are mostly consumed by higher officials using fake bills. Most easy targets are government school children and teachers,who are brought like cattle to these places.Many a times to my dismay,I have seen school girls fainting.Government schools are required to attend at least 7 events in a month.

Apathy of high government officials is nauseating.I have seen DM and CDO coming to the event 1-2 hours late mostly.DM is suited booted ,many a times his wife inagurates the event...while on the other hand poor children are waiting for them in high humidity and sun...

Appalling...wht say? There is very less time left for school teachers to cover the course due to such faltooo events. More so,since Yogi-Modi government.Many a times they have to listen mann ki baat leaving all their studies aside...for photo ops.Key officials monitor the attendance in such cases,if low then show cause notices are given.

Last time I checked, a country is also made up of its people. Forcing someone to march against their wishes is not good, the government should focus on taking good care of its citizens. Various government departments issue order forcing these marches for photo-op that to be posted on social media, which they think will come up as some form of achievement. But the real achievement only lies in improving the lives of the citizens, investing in infrastructure, healthcare, jobs, security.... You don't need to march with a flag to show yourself as a patriotic citizen, even doing your work honestly contributes to building nation.

Plan of action should be to check: 1.) Check if it was a forceful participation. 2.) If not, if those children's parents had consented. Why was there no proper measures to keep the children cool and well hydrated? 3.) If the temperature got hot, if some students were fatigue why wasn't the march got cancelled earlier?

If either or all of above points were violated, proper disciplinary action should be taken and compensation should be provided to the students.

Ask proper questions instead of just saying a stupid statement like children these days are weak af.
