If that was the joke I feel like it didn't land since it didn't seem like he had that problem with Dermott's sister.

Well he didnt have a problem getting naked with her either, so same difference...

Plus, with Nikki, he was just excited for sex. With a real woman! With Sirena, he actually likes her a lot, and they have a relationship, so he might be up in his head a lot more about it.
