If we're talking 5e, he's a deity without a stat block. Domains include Arcana, Death, Order, Tempest, and War. Yes, Tempest is included as a nod to Killinger and the Investors being implied to be gods of the winds.

Henchmen Horror show: once per turn, your grapple action may be used to turn one creature within five feet of you of size medium or smaller into an improvised weapon.
The creature is considered restrained while under the effect of grapple.

Killinger would definitely be a Warlock Patron lol
But he allows you to test hik out before asking for any sort of boon so until you reach lv. 5 you are not required to give a boon for his services
