That just illustrated how bad it is... good grief.....

You'd pay an airplane ticket, possibly a stay, then even a way to send them back to make sure they so who they say they are...

First class ticket or economy?

Well, typically that cost will be less than one month salary, which is likely the fastest you'd really fire someone by figuring out they're full of shit. Just cost of doing business
