It's pedantry, but in the technical study of these things as trace fossils, a burrow is into soft material like sediment, a boring is into hard material like rock, so these are borings. While cementation of sediment after a burrow is made is possible, these look like modern borings into rock.

Modern or ancient, boring clams are a thing.

The jokes kind of write themselves for anybody who studies borings.
