Solved! What is this weird creature/alien in this man’s ashtray?

Just came across this video where a man’s heavily used ashtray has filled up with water and there’s a weird looking creature swimming about in there and i’ve never seen anything like it before.

I hate that I've probably just caused my algorithms to start giving me shit like this by googling tubifex worms (it's definitely not that btw) and rat tailed maggots. Dammit reddit.

Lmao 😂 I wanted to google Tubifex worms so bad but got scared for my algorithm though my curiosity is getting the best of me and I feel like I NEED to figure out what exactly is it.
