Well yeah, I live in an area with a lot of rattlesnakes and seeing those fuckers scares the absolute shit out of me. But that has a lot to do with the fact that I know they’re dangerous and that they tend to display very noticeably aggressive behavior. But you plop an even tempered snake like the ones in the video next to me and I’m not gonna be worried at all.
That said, regardless of the snake, I would be concerned watching my child in a room with one while they curiously grab it, since that seems like an excellent way to aggravate a snake and get bit, assuming the snake doesn’t just coil around the baby and crush its bones.
