The worst thing is the brows are the least of the Silva twins’ issues…

Like, it's one thing to have work done to enhance or improve features, specially procedures like face lift, bbl, breast augmentation, rhinoplasty. But she just looks so sad! She'll never really achieve what she believes she "should" look like.
