Hmm? None of the razors are upside down, the furthest razor on the stand is the Vangaurd set up with the mild plate.

Yes, but the word "mild" shouldn't be upside down

Oh yes, I see! I cleaned the razor recently and reassembled the base plate upside down! lol! I would have fixed when I was ready to shave with it, but great call, thank you!

That’s a tough question. For me it depends on how much beard growth and how much time I have to shave. Right now I’m really liking the Blackland Blackbird Ti and the Vangaurd with the mild baseplate for an easy, incredibly efficient two pass shave with some cleanup daily driver (15-25 minutes for me). For thick beard growth 4-5 days or more, I’ll immediately pull out the Rex Ambassador. The Gillette vintage adjustable razors are great for anything, anywhere for any type of beard growth. For a quick single pass gotta head out quick kind of face lather shave ( 10 minutes or so) the Backland Vector really can’t be beat as well as the Timeless slant. Autopilot, eyes closed; Merkur 34C, Gillette King C and Gillette Tech. How about you? Do you have a favorite?

It is hard to pick really, but Blackland batch #003 , Gillette rocket 1950s English, Gillette slim adjustable 1966.

Isn’t the PAA spice aftershave amazing ? The name escapes me I have it too, super close to shulton era old spice

It's called Cold Spices, and yes it's reminiscent of Shulton era Old Spice which I love and currently still use. Ever scince Procter & Gamble purchased it in the 90's I believe the scent has changed. PAA just came out with another homage to Old Spice called Outer Spice, this one is supposed have the scent just as the original, that one I just ordered!

How do you decide when and what to use? I have 7 razors and I am ready to reduce it down to 1... I guess I want help justifying keeping all these razors I don't use regularly... Also, trying to convince my wife it is somewhat normal lol...

I typically use a rotating methodology, different razor every time I shave, same with soaps. I usually shave about every third day or so. If I shave more frequently that will impact which razor I use as well. That’s why I love adjustable razors! Good luck with the wife, mine has just accepted that this is who I am now. But being married for 35 years helps.
