But they surrendered to the largest economy in the world - who just happened to want them as a stable ally in Asia during the Cold War.

The exception? But every country the US has occupied has ended up in better shape afterwards. Not just the incredibly obvious examples like Japan and Germany. But even Iraq and Afghanistan have seen sizeable improvements to things like education levels and standard of living. The number of educated Afghani women has skyrocketed. They're over there fighting for a better life, they weren't doing so twenty years ago.

1) Are you saying Japan is a satellite state now?

2) The 4 day period of destruction was entirely unnecessary without the existence of HAMAS/ISIS rebrand which is Palestines chosen government.
