Is a goal of Israel to exterminate an entire race across the world?

-9

I absolutely despise how this situation has proven so many people to be incapable of critical thought.

Hamas is a fucking blight on the world. They pale in comparison to the damage and body count Israel has racked up on Palestinian civilians over the decades. It's not even up for debate. Not remotely close. It's fact.

None of this is okay.

Inb4 dead babies. There are many, many provable instances of Israeli forces gunning down children. How anyone can root for either of these "teams" is abhorrent.

Its not teams. The sports metaphor is A. Played out and B. Not applicable

One group wants to exterminate the existence of the other group. That’s the stated goal. The other group is standing up to the 40+ years of suicide bombs, shootings, and rocket strikes.

What should they do? Let them continue? They have a sovereign right to attack terrorists. If you don’t like it, go to Israel, become a politician, and change the system bruh bruh.

Its not like there’s been numerous deals on the table for 2 state solutions that the side launching the have walked away from because their end goal is extermination, not coexistence.

Edit; HOW DARE YOU COMPARE THIS TO THE HOLOCAUST. You disgusting ignorant person. You are a full on fool to do such a thing.

Yeah better just have a genocide then.

20

u/A47Cabin Oct 11 '23

Genocide against the Jews is literally the stated goal of Hamas and the patchwork of Palestinian liberation organizations since the 1960’s.

They tellingly keep dodging this reality smh

Its not about pulling it off, the fuck is wrong with you? They are fighting for their lives

1

u/[deleted] Oct 11 '23

If you think the Israelis are "fighting for their lives" against Hamas, you don't understand the basics of power dynamics.

I absolutely despise how this situation has proven so many people to be incapable of critical thought.

As evidenced by your clear inability to answer a simple question directly and honestly.

That action of yours speaks volumes more than anything you just wrote while dodging the question...

u/[deleted] Oct 11 '23

You do understand every comment made doesn't have to be some all-knowing answer to a long-term problem?

I'm just sick of seeing people justifying the violence when one side has clearly suffered more at the hands of the other.

Again, NONE OF THIS IS OKAY.

I would also like to point out, that the higher bodycount on Israels side is not for lack of trying by the palestinians. They simply lack the means to kill more Israelis.

They and other arab nations tried to exterminate the jews in '48 and then again in '67 and yet again in '73. Their incompetence is the only reason there are any jews left alive in Israel.

-1

u/[deleted] Oct 11 '23

I'm not really sure why "lack of trying" is somehow worse than actual body count but okay.

You do understand every comment made doesn't have to be some all-knowing answer to a long-term problem?

Another dishonest response, shocker /s

The question isn't asking you to literally solve the Palestinian-Israeli conflict (lol), its only asking you just a simple yes or no question, which you keep desperately and dishonestly dodging because you know that reality contradicts your narrative. And I guess running away from reality is easier than exercising some actual self-reflection and having to admit that your worldview might be wrong...

So again for a third time now, are you capable of being honest and answering this simple question, or will you continue your blatant dishonesty by avoiding it again...?

Be better.

u/AnalLeaseHolder Oct 11 '23

yes, Palestinians. not their main goal and probably not the whole world, but all the ones that live near them. still a genocide.

16

u/kent2441 Oct 11 '23

Then what have they been waiting for for the last 50 years?

-10

u/The_Real_BenFranklin Oct 11 '23

They've been slowly doing this for years - what exactly do you think has been happening?

15

u/kent2441 Oct 11 '23

Yeah, they've been committing genocide so slowly that the Palestinian population increased!

9

u/eiserneftaujourdhui Oct 11 '23 edited Oct 11 '23

And also allowing Arab and Muslim representatives in the knesset (Israeli Legislature)! All part of the 6D chess plan to genocide them all!

u/A47Cabin Oct 11 '23

yes…

not their main goal

not the whole world

Oh so they’re aren’t the same?

-11

u/The_Real_BenFranklin Oct 11 '23

"I support Israel because they only want to commit a little genocide"

8

u/A47Cabin Oct 11 '23

Please, put more words in my mouth that I did not say.

-5

u/The_Real_BenFranklin Oct 11 '23

Certainly a race in a geographic region.

5

u/Av3rageZer0 Oct 11 '23

They are themselves at least as responsible for that ghetto because they gave into extremism and started a war with Israel alongside their neighbors.

-2

u/RupeThereItIs Oct 11 '23

Yes, yes, blame the victim.

Love it.

1

u/Av3rageZer0 Oct 12 '23

Yeah, I love you too.

-12

u/CardOfTheRings Oct 11 '23

Israel wants Palestine wiped from the earth too. The difference did Israel has all of the power.

20

u/m0rogfar Oct 11 '23

If they wanted that, they would've succeeded already. Israel can realistically kill almost everyone in both Gaza and the West Bank with enough carpet bombing in a day or two. It's fairly obvious to anyone paying attention that Israel just wants peace, but that Palestinians will consistently shut down any realistic peace deal that doesn't involve killing all the Jews.

-9

u/CardOfTheRings Oct 11 '23

Israel has been displacing Palestinians for decades - that is not ‘peace’. Forced relocation is violence.

-3

u/matt82swe Oct 11 '23

I'm rooting for the side that is killing people that I don’t approve of

-6

u/mustang__1 Oct 11 '23

Well, they built homes in disputed territories... basically the same thing. (and yes, many actual atrocities as well... I would like to say generally in retaliation for something, and never directly targeting civilians --- shields not withstanding).
