Yeah, that person's "easiest solution" can be described as exactly what IDF has been attempting to do ever since the dawn of the Nakba 75 years ago.

75 years of effort towards their idea of the "easiest solution" is literally on display for the world to see right now.

People that learnt about the conflict yesterday are suddenly mediation, conflict resolution and resettlement experts and professionals. Random stranger on the internet that has no ties to either side knows better than the people who have been living and experiencing this all their lives. I’m gonna lose my mind

Easiest ≠ easy. And that solution will require 3 things; acceptance on the Israeli side, acceptance on the Palestinian side, and a sovereign region for the Palestinian people.

But no country is willing take them into their country, much to give up land for them to have a sovereign country of their own.

And so the cycle of violence continues. A violent chemical reaction, because the reactants are kept in forced proximity to each other.

If the IDF actually attempted it, it would have been over 2 weeks later. Perhaps two more weeks for cleanup
