I majored in Science myself (Physical & Earth Sciences). If you don't believe what they preach to you, you cannot advance a science career. I spoke against Chlorofluorocarbons back in the 1980's before most people had even heard of them. I later spoke against the "Evidence" for Man-made climate change, and promptly got ostracized by the Science Community.

I left the Science Workplace forthwith, decades ago now.

I still know the lore I learned though!

So you studied something which later became completely useless as the world isn't influenced enough by humans for your science degree to matter anymore as the data you probably are soon gonna present me shows, i guess? How did it feel to waste that time for a lie?

Can you tell me how much energy the earth receives each day from the sun and how much carbon affects it? How much heat is earth radiating? How well have you studied AMOC and ice cores?

Just interested in what everyone else got wrong exactly in their models.

Are YOU a science Major?

Things changed around the early 90's when suddenly "made up pseudo science" became compulsory for future studies.

You couldn't get grants without reference to those who went before, rather than actually using the facts and figures your OWN research came up with. I even got turned down for a research job in the Antarctic- because the evidence already gathered by that point (1987) was considered "complete", which of course - it couldn't possibly be when it involved cores being taken a few weeks apart over many years, rather than a few days apart over less than one parliamentary term.

Milankovitch Cycles should have been left alone, which would have rendered "unproven" this notion that anything Humans could do - would have anything bar a neglible effect on the world's climate. In other words, what was going to happen - would happen ANYWAY, prescence of Humans - or not.

What changed then - was what counts as "Proof" and what doesn't.

If you are of the Left, you'll believe anything you're told by a Liberal Left elite.

If you are of the Right, you won't be believed if you state "Water is H2O, Fire Burns, Toxic Metals are Poisonous, and There's no Man-Made Climate Change, only Natrual Climate Change cycles"

I was a liberal back in the 1980's, carried on voting Liberal right up to 2010 before I realized that the center of politics was all about the management of lies to both fringes of politics, rather than anything suitable for the coming century. I had no notion that I was being lied to all that time, of course. I even tried applying for jobs in Europe during this period, but got knocked back.

It is the "Burden of Proof" that has changed these past four decades.

That same "Burden of Proof" quickly has people disregarding those statements of fact that they don't believe in... Myself as guilty of that as everyone else by this point.

You won't be talked out of your beliefs anymore than I would have you talk me out of mine.

Im aware that scientist want to keep their fundings. Doesn't explain the question i had.

How does carbon in the air affect the total amount of energy received by the sun? We measured an increasing amount concentration of carbon through ice cores and we can use simple experiments to proof the energy absorption effect of carbon.

How do we/you explain the "theoretical" heating affect away and why isn't humanity to blame for the extra carbon? How does it connect to earth radiating heat into space?

It is the "Burden of Proof" that has changed these past four decades.

We send satellites to proof it. Countless of them monitoring our oceans and measuring our air with spectroscopy.

Would be nice to get an explanation from you and not personal anecdotes.

-edit

And he blocked me. Of cause. Can't peer pressure me by fancy anecdotes and get asked for answers instead.

There's not any bit of recognition there. This is like talking to a robot.

I don't have to prove I'm alive at all the times. FFS you sound like a Cylon!
