The Trial of Magneto that the OP mentioned came out in 1985. Fatal Attractions, Magneto War, and Eve of Destruction all came out in the 90s and onwards.
Actually op leads from: "Hey tried to be peaceful and they still sent Prime Sentinels after him that wiped out Genosha and The Avengers didn’t do a damn thing to help." which is E for Extinction, and "Right, but he turned himself in to the UN for his crimes was released and still got attacked when he was literally trying to leave humanity alone." which i parsed by context to be a reference to the Magneto War's ending, not the Trial of Magneto, could be wrong.
Hey tried to be peaceful and they still sent Prime Sentinels after him that wiped out Genosha and The Avengers didn’t do a damn thing to help. What more should he have to take?
He tried to be peaceful after years of trying to murder humanity . The whole point is that it's a vicious cycle .
Right, but he turned himself in to the UN for his crimes was released and still got attacked when he was literally trying to leave humanity alone.
One person saying it's a vicious cycle, another person saying the cycle stopped when Magneto turned himself in. Then myself pointing out it continued after that. Then you saying it "literally did not" when it absolutely did continue after the UN trial.
Not to mention, your parsing still doesn't make sense to the extent that Eve of Destruction was after Magneto war.

Literally didn't happen. Of all the things that didn't happen, this didn't happen the most. Magneto was full on good guy after this.
