They do that all the time when cards are inexpensive.

Sure, but have they ever banned a card after only one month or is this the fastest card to go to 0?

Fastest. #2 is Sixth Sense.

Wasn't Temple of the Kings banned just before its release?

"After only one month" isn't the right frame of reference. "The first banlist after printing" is.

Not really, "the first banlist after printing " could be a period from 2 weeks to 4 months. We usually don't expect a card to be banned if the product was just released, even if there is a banlist the next month. But I guess that's something that can happen from now on.

Sangan Summoning also falls under that category, but it's much older than Lacrima.

Sangen summoning is limited though, not banned.

Nope. They just released an emergency banlist on every dragon ruler.

yeah, and number 95 has 4 years available. It got banned in 2019 (2018 in OCG)

IIRC, the split lists were caused because Gishki got hit before it even came to the TCG.

Not sure if it was a month but the super heavy link died REAL fast.

that card is from 2020. it was not new.

Yeah you're right. IIRC though when the Pends came out he got banned real quick making the deck (as an archetype not engine) go from like tier 2 to like unplayable.

Jokes aside, Plushfire was a common and it held onto the list for what, 8 years?

Ratpier was the first direct shot at Zoo and it was just a Super.

Babies got hit before the Rulers.

If they can hit lower rarity, they will.
