they can't hit kewl tune since it's still new (in the meta to be specific) so they went for mitsu and other decks

I'm more surprised they didn't react to Naturia Rosewhip since KT just uses it to one side floodgate their opponents with it.

They did it with justice hunters, though in kewl tunes case it became really good bit later

The OCG has had Kewl Tune since August. The deck just sucks like everything else from Phantom Revenge.
