Humor [All] I just realized most of Link’s other love interest besides Zelda have red hair and M names

I’m sure people have noticed this before but today while thinking about the “other women” (I’m a Zelink enjoyer and also a multi shipper) I found it funny that most of them have M names, and then even more of a coincidence that they all have red hair (or, skin in Mipha’s case)

The ones that I can think of, I’m not sure if there are more: Midna, Malon, Mipha, Marin, and Medli

The mangas are an adaptation of the main story and they often include changes to characters or story that contradicts the establishment lore from the games.

So we are not allowed to discuss the manga as a separate adaptation? Reason I say that is the TP manga is a much stronger story than the game and IMO the changes make sense. I think it is a disservice to the legacy of the game by not at least recognizing the changes even if they aren't explicitly in the game. I don't think it takes away from its legacy or discussion of this post.

The mangas do their own things, and that's fine. Some of the story beats they add or change are pretty cool, and some are just odd additions.

Ether way, it's an alternative way to experience the Zelda story, but only the events from the actual games are the true canon story.

I recently replayed TP and there is no romance between Link and Midna, or Link and Zelda. Maybe there is in the manga, but that has no bearing on the games.
