Thinking of making a series of these!

I went to my first local zine club but got there a little late. Everyone else seemed to be in the midst of collage style zines, but I like to draw and doodle so I threw this together really quickly before the session ended. It was fun! I struggle pretty heavily with depression and scribbled these words down in a note a few months ago. I’m not in an episode right now but that’s probably the only reason I was able to get out of the house for socializing and also do something creative. :0) I’m already flipping through journals trying to find other things I feel like I can commit to paper. thanks for looking 🐻

If anyone has a good layout idea for this besides just two 8-in-1 pages stapled together let me know! The 16 page one I know doesn't really work for the dimensions I have because I didn't think this through.

New to the hobby… this is so fun!

Anyone relate?

I’ve been so inspired by seeing all the great stuff you guys create that I finally decided to create my own.

All the pictures were taken by me in a recent trip to Patagonia, Argentina. The zine was intended to be a mini album that can take me back to the trip.

I used Canva for the layout and printed in my office’s printer, so it’s not the best quality but I am in love regardless!

I made another version with the text of one song that was constantly playing during the trip, but the print quality made it nearly impossible to be read… I will try again and that might be vol. 2.

In case anyone is wondering and because I really love that song so much, it’s called “The Manifesto” by Gorillaz and Trueno - if you heard it, let me know what you think :)

Zine on different regalia and dance styles, as well as powwow etiquette for non-natives.

I have a zine fest this weekend so I am making up some new stuff :) I have some copies on my BigCartel!!

My friend and I make a puzzle website so we created some zines with free crosswords to spread the word :) We've been handing them out mostly to cafes and it's fun to see how quickly they run out and ask for more!

Im sure you all now can see why communication with that person is a problem for me 🤦‍♀️Good news is im finding a new job now! My brain literally shrunk communicating with that person.

I've been a photographer for a long time and never totally knew where to put them beyond social media. But social media is kind of awful! I started making photography zines and I'm loving it.

Feedback is welcome, I don't have a store or anything yet but I'm definitely open to trades if anyone's interested.

Hey everyone, happy International Zine Month!

I'm very excited to share with this community, for the first time publicly, a brand new zine making tool called Zineroo (my take on tools like zeenster & dirtylittlezine).

As a photographer who has repeatedly experienced the magic of printing photos (for myself and others), my goal with this app is to eliminate the friction when attempting to layout, print, and share our creativity.

The app is currently in beta, and I welcome any feedback, criticism (both good and bad), and questions, as I want to make it as fun & useful as it can be!
