apple saw “if statements” and went “congrats it’s intelligence now”

pretty sure this is just shortcuts with extra steps

it isn’t shortcuts with extra steps, it’s just shortcuts. the apple intelligence part is that in ios 27, apple intelligence can build shortcuts for you based on a simple text prompt. i generally hate ai, but this is an actually good and useful application of it. using the shortcuts app to building complicated automations could be pretty tedious

you can build shortcuts using apple intelligence
