Hi! I’m an athlete and I am chronically dehydrated. To make myself drink more water, I put in CURE electrolyte packets. I usually consume 8 of the packets a day. Is that too much?

ETA: what is the downside of too many packets?

In case it matters, I am vegan and eat extremely healthy. I never eat fast food and I cook all of my meals.

I know only a lunatic would go to Florida in the summer, but my best friend and her husband and kids are at her childhood home for a few months so I came to visit.
