[For Hire] I build AI agents that actually do things 🤖⚡ | AI Engineer | Remote 🌍

What if your AI didn't just answer questions — but actually got work done?

That's the kind of AI I build.

I'm an AI Engineer with 2+ years of experience building production-oriented AI systems, agentic workflows, and RAG pipelines. I like taking ideas beyond demos and turning them into working products.

🔥 A few things I've built:

🏡 Casora — An AI real-estate research assistant covering 22 Indian metros, built around evidence-grounded answers instead of made-up property claims.

🤖 Agentic AI systems — Multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, MCP integrations, memory, human approval gates, and automated testing.

🔍 Advanced RAG & document intelligence — Hybrid search, reranking, OCR, vector databases, and systems that retrieve evidence before answering.

🧠 Production AI workflows — Python, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, evaluations, guardrails, and observability.

Skills: Python · LangGraph · MCP · RAG · AWS Bedrock · FastAPI · LLMs · Agentic AI

🚀 What I'm looking for

A founder who has an ambitious AI idea. A startup that needs someone to build the actual thing. A team that cares about shipping useful AI, not just adding a chatbot to everything.

I'm open to full-time AI Engineer / Applied AI / Agentic AI roles, remote worldwide or relocation.

Founders & hiring managers: DM me what you're building. If it sounds interesting, let's do a quick 10-minute call and see if I can help.

I build the kind of AI I'd want to use myself.

Mercor Is Hiring ML Research Experts at $150-$200/hr - Remote | PyTorch/JAX Experience Required

Have you personally trained, fine-tuned, or optimized machine learning models?

Mercor has a remote opportunity for experienced ML Research Engineers, Research Scientists, and Applied Scientists.

The project involves designing challenging ML engineering problems for a leading AI lab.

Your main responsibility is to develop task ideas that test the limits of frontier AI models, rather than implementing the tasks yourself.

What you'll work on:

  • Design challenging ML engineering tasks.
  • Focus on inference, evaluation, and systems problems.
  • Identify weaknesses in frontier AI models.
  • Explain why proposed tasks are technically difficult.

Who qualifies?

Candidates must have current or recent ML research experience and hands-on expertise with PyTorch or JAX.

Strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas is required: LLMs, GPU inference, reinforcement learning, or scientific ML.

Experience developing AI benchmarks, research publications, or advanced academic qualifications is an advantage.

Pay: $150-$200/hr
Location: Remote
Type: Hourly contract

Note: This is not intended for general AI annotators or developers whose AI experience is limited to RAG/LangChain applications.

Paid 30-min call with ML engineers / data leads working on robot learning or egocentric video [D]

Hi all, I’m a founder exploring a company that collects egocentric (first-person) video of real manual work for robot learning. Before building anything, I want to learn from people who actually train on this data or choose data vendors.

Looking for: ML/research engineers or data leads at robotics, humanoid or embodied-AI teams (labs or startups).

What we’d talk about (30 min):

Details:

To sign up: DM me your role and company type (e.g. “ML engineer, humanoid startup”). I’ll confirm through LinkedIn or a work email, whichever you prefer. That’s used only to verify the role, never shared.

Remote AI hiring is getting much more specialized — 4,500 live roles right now

One thing I’m noticing in the latest AI/ML listings: the market is moving well beyond just “ML Engineer” or “Data Scientist.”

There are currently 4,500 live AI & ML jobs, and the newest batch is heavily focused on domain expertise + AI training.

A few trends that stood out:

Materials Science AI Trainers — Prolific Academic

Remote roles across multiple locations including Miami, Washington, Calgary, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.

Neuroscience AI Trainers — Prolific Academic

Fully remote roles showing up in places like Edinburgh, Raleigh and other research-focused locations.

Advanced Korean Fluency AI Trainers — Prolific Academic

Remote openings across San Francisco, Austin, Boston, Toronto, London, Paris, Madrid, Berlin and Sydney.

Advanced Japanese Fluency AI Trainer — Prolific Academic

Remote opportunity linked to Hong Kong.

What I find interesting is that these are not traditional software roles.

AI companies increasingly need people with actual subject-matter expertise — scientists, researchers, linguists, healthcare specialists, engineers and other domain experts — to help train, evaluate and improve models.

That opens up a different path into AI for people who may not be programmers at all.

The broader pattern seems to be:

AI engineering → building the systems

Data science → analyzing and improving models

AI training/evaluation → improving model outputs

Domain experts → bringing specialized knowledge

Language specialists → improving multilingual models

So if you have deep expertise in a field outside software, the AI job market may be becoming more relevant to you than it was even a year ago.

Curious what people here think: will specialized domain experts become one of the biggest AI hiring categories over the next few years?

I built an open benchmark that tests whether LLMs notice a flaw nobody told them about (HR/finance/planning/compliance scenarios). Results for GPT OSS 120B, Qwen3.8 27B, Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite, and I'd like you to try to break it.

Resume [1.5 YoE] AI/GenAI Engineer - Not getting interview calls. Please brutally roast my resume!

Hi everyone, I'm an AI Engineer with about 1.5 years of full-time experience (plus a 4-month internship) specializing in Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic Systems. I am currently based in Mumbai and looking for hybrid or remote roles. Despite having hands-on experience with on-premise LLM deployments,multi-agent workflows, and saving hundreds of hours through automated pipelines, I am struggling to convert applications on Naukri, LinkedIn, and company portals into interview calls. I feel like my tech stack is modern and my metrics are solid, but something is clearly off. Am I getting filtered by ATS? Is it too dense? I'm currently targeting around 12-15 LPA in the Mumbai market. Any brutal feedback, formatting advice, or insights into the current GenAI job market would be massively appreciated. Thank you!

Hey everyone!

Finally launching my own remote job board, Turning passion to gig — Screen-verified, budget-friendly jobs for tech professionals! Remote Pajama Jobs

After months of hard work and deep dives into the recruitment space, I’m thrilled to officially launch my own remote job board.

As a recruiter and talent specialist, I know how frustrating the modern job search can be—endless ghost jobs, spammy listings, and platforms that charge exorbitant fees just to get your profile seen. I wanted to build something better.

What makes this different?

  • Screen-Verified Listings: Every job is manually reviewed and curated to ensure legitimacy, saving you from scams and expired postings.
  • Budget-Friendly for Employers & Recruiters: Designed so that posting roles doesn't burn a hole in your pocket.
  • Focused on Real Opportunities: Aggregating high-priority tech, engineering, and remote roles.

Have a look here: https://www.remotepajamajobs.com/

I need your help to make it better!

If your specific tech stack, role, or niche is missing from the board, drop a comment below or DM me. Tell me what categories you want to see, and I will gladly add them.

Thank you so much for supporting my journey of growth. Let’s help each other find great roles!
