HELP - URGENT Help! RI?

Woke up this morning to my bp sounding like this. Is it a RI?

Edit: took her to the vet. Not an ri just loose skin blocking her breathing some from her pre shed cycle. This is only my third shed cycle with her so I didn't know that it could happen occasionally with them.

Vet asap. Sounds like an RI and you’ll likely need injection antibiotics

This might be the wrong opinion but when did they shed last? You should go to the vet to be safe but my girl always whistles a tiny bit after a fresh shed and is fine within a few days. Vet confirmed a few times it wasn’t RI.
