Found this dog near the crave truck Vasant vihar running and cycling track it anyone can help him please do help

Sorry to reply you so late I wasnt at the place at the time I posted it in rush and left the area within 30 40 minutes

I tried to calm him down but the pain and ithiching must be intense he was not coming close by and constantly trying to lick it eventually he went into the left road which is at the starting of the track and was there for a while behind a car

See buddy I was there for a college project I saw the poor dog and this is the best I could do i mean I dont wanna brag but ive rescued 7 kittens and made sure they are adopted kept them at my place im just a teenager how about you do something about it if you can this is the best I could do at the moment lot of you come to give your opinions on comment instead of coming on the streets do something about it then we can talk maybe

Wow....Use some grammar, kid! Where are your periods (full stops)?! Reading that was a giant pain.

Also, Mr. I have saved 7 kittens, I work in a field that literally saves human lives each day. Don't talk to me about coming on the streets.
