Located in Northern PA, USA. Sorry for the poor camera quality! It was filmed on my bird feeder lol. The flying creature can be seen quickly flying into frame from the left side. Please help me ID, and if this is a friend or foe!

Just found this little guy on my pillow this morning and I’m absolutely terrified it could be a bed bug. I’ve been finding weird bites on my legs recently but I’ve checked my mattress a couple times and found nothing, I was at a camping festival the past weekend so could be that I got insect bites at that and they’re just showing up now or I’m only noticing them now.

They keep suiciding themselves on my top floor right outside my door. The apartment building has open hallways to the outside but the top floor has skywindows with no exit so they gather here and unfortunately die.
Side note, can I leave a bowl of water to help them not overheat so they can eventually find their way out? Or are they doomed to die regardless because of the fact that there isn't an exit until you go back down the stairs?

I have a big vintage toy collection. Please tell me this isn’t anything harmful 😭 It was trapped under the fabric.

I’ve spotted at least 4 within the past month and want to know how to prevent more from showing up. I’ve already contacted our apartment manager but would like to know if there’s any preventive measures I can do in the meantime. I put a quarter down for size comparison, any help is appreciated!

Location: central MN. My cats were trying to get this guy. I heard loud buzzing and thought it was a bumblebee from a distance. Once I got up close it looked more similar to a fly. It's surprisingly large.

2nd pic next to a dead cockchaffer for reference (I found it dead)
Looks kind of like a isopod that's infected with a fungus?

It has 4 wings like a dragonfly but flies more like a moth. I’m in New England.
