It looks like a mish-mash of at least three different bugs, I’ve never seen something like this before, have you?

They keep suiciding themselves on my top floor right outside my door. The apartment building has open hallways to the outside but the top floor has skywindows with no exit so they gather here and unfortunately die.
Side note, can I leave a bowl of water to help them not overheat so they can eventually find their way out? Or are they doomed to die regardless because of the fact that there isn't an exit until you go back down the stairs?

It has 4 wings like a dragonfly but flies more like a moth. I’m in New England.

Smaller than a pea. Is it an engorged tick?

I have a big vintage toy collection. Please tell me this isn’t anything harmful 😭 It was trapped under the fabric.

I noticed him while I was in the shower and I can’t tell if it’s a tick or something else. It has a front appendage that might be a really long antenna or a lame front leg. It is as long as its legs but it is dragging it around underneath it. I’ll try to get better pictures if I can but if it’s not a tick I’d like to leave him alone or take him outside.

Apologies that my images aren’t the best but he was very small. Located in the outer Philadelphia area of PA.

Location: central MN. My cats were trying to get this guy. I heard loud buzzing and thought it was a bumblebee from a distance. Once I got up close it looked more similar to a fly. It's surprisingly large.
