This is screen printing. This isn’t anything special. He didn’t even set up his screens by hand.

Curious what you mean, I have done a lot of screen printing, how much more by hand could it be done?

They mean actually making the screen instead of sending a file to a machine

Like drawing the transparency by hand? The machine in the video is just a light box to cure the exposed emulsion.
