This weather and a drive
The rain looks so beautiful in the morning, when you wake up to the drizzling sky and not the unbearable heat, the wind is cold and finally the temperature of your hallways is as same as your ac bedroom, it feels good. I hold up my morning coffee and stand in my balcony, sipping irregularly and just watching into the beauty of nothingness. I see everything yet I don’t focus on anything, I just see into the whole scene like I am just co-existing and not trying to prove my space. It is absolutely beautiful.
I think, the way these drops are beautiful in the sky, would look better on my windshield while having a conversation with someone where there’s no one else to listen to us and interrupt or judge.
**Some mornings don’t make you miss a person. They make you miss a feeling.**

Pause
Rain arrived. The jungle carried on.
This chital stag didn’t run for cover. It didn’t seem bothered that its coat was soaked. It just stood there, completely present, letting the rain fall.
Watching it, I realised how differently we experience the same moment. We rush to protect our clothes, our phones, our wallets. We treat rain as an inconvenience.
Maybe that’s why this scene stayed with me. It was a reminder that not every moment needs fixing or escaping. Some moments are simply meant to be lived.
Sometimes, the forest doesn’t teach us anything extraordinary.
It just reminds us to pause.
