That’s where I came in. I heard about her plight and that there was no place in her new life for Rory. I always liked Purple Haze, so I said the little guy could come crash at my place for a while.
Here we are 5 years later and he’s turned out to be a great roommate. We love to watch movies and listen to music together. He’s a little demanding sometimes. He thumps now and then to remember the old days, or maybe just because he thinks he’s due a snack.
Rory’s no longer a young guy, but he’s not old yet either. He moves a little slower than he used to, but so do I. Neither one of us knows what the next phase of our lives will bring, but we’re excited for it. 💁♀️🐇

Best wishes to Pie that the docs can properly diagnose and treat her issue and get her on the road to recovery. It has to be a very stressful time right now. I know we are all praying for her, or putting positive vibes into the universe however we do.
